Our signature Portfolio Prep program. This is where it all comes together.  We combine your child’s artistic voice, interests, and strengths with the technique, strategy, and accountability required to build a standout portfolio.

What your child will accomplish:

  • Create a competitive body of work including the The Big 3 – Self Portrait, Still Life, and Figure Drawing  along with additional pieces that show range and originality.
  • Work across multiple mediums, with a strong emphasis on observational drawing and foundational skills — the core of every successful portfolio.
  • Receive ongoing, personalized feedback and direction in every session.
  • Work on art both in-studio or at home, with guidance on what to focus on between art coaching sessions.
  • Stay fully on track with regular check-ins, reviews, and deadline management so there are no surprises.
  • Finish with a submission-ready portfolio, including digital formatting, labeling, and a fully organized folder ready for upload for parents. 

We are a hands-on, intimate art coaching process from start to finish. We are designed to remove the guesswork and give your child the clarity, structure, and confidence they need to succeed in a highly competitive NYC portfolio process and get them into their #1 school.

Professional Portfolio Presentation
  • After digital submission, this optional custom service takes their artwork to the next level. This includes trimming, editing, mounting, labeling, and organizing all work into a polished, cohesive polished presentation.

I spoke to the founder, Sebastian Alappat. He was willing to accept my daughter into the program even though it was soon coming to an end.
